Michael Mullooly

Michael Mullooly is a lecturer in Philosophy and Religious Studies. He is the Director of the Buddhist Studies Certificate Program at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee at Waukesha. He was a Ph.D. student in the Buddhist Studies Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. When the program folded, he graduated with a Master of Arts degree in the Languages and Cultures of Asia. He holds degrees in philosophy, history, and education from Marquette University. He has traveled and led tours to Asia numerous times. He has taught popular courses at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee at Waukesha since 2006. He also taught at Alverno College and Marquette University. He is the author World Religions as Personality Types (2015), Lifespan Spirituality (2018), Hall of Harmony (2020) and What is Really Real? Lectures on the History of Buddhist Thought (2021).
